BioKansas Career Expo - Spring 2023 - Employer Registration

9:30 – 11:00 am  |  Career Fair  

11:00 am – 12:30 pm  |  In-person Interviews  

Employer Participation Levels  

Level 1: Recruitment Table = $250.00 

• Employers will be provided with one table and allowed to have up to four company representatives in attendance.  

  • Setup will begin 9:00 am; 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the career fair portion of the event. 

Level 2: Recruitment Table + Screening Interviews = $400.00 

• Employers will be provided with one table and allowed to have up to four company representatives in attendance. 

  • Setup will begin 9:00 am; 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the career fair portion of the event. 

• Each company at this level will be provided a schedule with 10-minute screening interview slots. Promising candidates can be encouraged to sign up for open interview slots during the fair. 

  • After the fair, participating employers will have 90 minutes to conduct screening interviews on site.  

Level 3: Recruitment Table + Screening Interviews + Recruitment Presentation = $625.00

• Up to two company representatives will have two 7-minute speaking opportunities at the beginning of the Expo to present information about their company. 

• Employers will be provided with one table and allowed to have up to four company representatives in attendance. 

  • Setup will begin 9:00 am; 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the career fair portion of the event. 

• Each company at this level will be provided a schedule with 10-minute screening interview slots. Promising candidates can be encouraged to sign up for open interview slots during the fair. 

  • After the fair, participating employers will have 90 minutes to conduct screening interviews on site.

An email will be sent after registration to identify any additional company representatives who will be attending. 

Space is available on a first come first served basis.
