WHAT IS EQUAL PAY DAY?

In the US, the fight for equal pay continues on, even today. According to recent studies, women and other non-male individuals make less than 83 cents to the dollar of their male counterparts. March 15 has been deemed Equal Pay Day, to represent how much longer non-male employees must work in order to match a man’s yearly wage.
